Course Details

Watercolour painting is an ideal medium for painting flowers using washes and hard and soft edges to build the form of the flowers. Charlotte will demonstrate a variety of techniques to create four paintings to take home.

Charlotte uses an overhead camera projected onto a 42 inch TV for easy step by step instruction. This workshop is for intermediate to advanced watercolour painters.

Bring your own watercolour paints, palette, brushes, and four A3 sheets each of quality 300gsm watercolour cold pressed or hot pressed paper.

Some prior experience in watercolour painting is necessary to attend this workshop. Watercolour Washes and Edges workshop at Inverlochy is the best workshop to attend first to help you get started with your watercolour endeavours.

One hour lunch - bring a packed lunch to enjoy in the historic Inverlochy house or explore the local Wellington cafes.
