Explore drypoint printmaking with experienced local print maker Kirsty White.
In this workshop you will
- Learn to etch a polycarbonate plate
- Use steel needle point tools and wire brushes to create line and texture that will hold ink.
- learn to ink up your plate
- use mull cloth to achieve desired tone
- print on damp printmaking paper
- run this print through a second stage using the relief process of inking up and printing from a natural textured block

All materials supplied. Half hour lunch break -bring a packed lunch to eat in the historic Inverlochy House or explore the local Te Aro cafes.
