Pottery - Wheel throwing lessons X4 (Mondays 5:45 - 7:15pm, 8-29 June) T2.26

Course Details

Learn the techniques of throwing clay on a pottery wheel in the historic Inverlochy workers' cottage. .  These are four lessons giving you individualised attention to help you learn to centre clay on the wheel and the basics of throwing to create the foundational shapes of cylinders and bowls.

This includes a suitable amount of clay, low firing and glazing the finished objects.

Teenagers booking this course must be a minimum 16 years of age or attend with an adult who has also booked the accompanying spot.

Please note:

Wheelchair access into the school and Ceramics Studio is located at the top of the driveway to the left of the main house.  The Drawbridge Print Studio and the Upstairs Front Studio are accessible only via internal stairs.  Please get in touch at [email protected] to let us know how we can help.
