Course Details

How to enter:
1. Fill in your artwork details here.
2. Pay your entry fee by clicking the clack "Book now" button at the top of the page. 
3. Hand your artwork in by no later than 2 pm, Wednesday 25 November.

 

Students, tutors, friends and artists of Inverlochy Art School are all invited to submit work for this year’s Fundraiser Exhibition taking place at Inverlochy Art School between 30 November - 12 December 2025 with an opening celebration on Sunday 30 November 4-6pm with a Cushion Concert and a closing on Friday 12 December 4-6pm with another Cushion Concert.

The exhibition is not themed welcoming all types, genres & styles and will showcase the incredible range of artistic practices supported by our school. All funds raised will directly contribute to the running and maintenance of our community art school. 

Each artist can contribute up to two pieces. Pottery students can submit one piece for $10 and up to five pieces for a total of $20. 

All selected works will be displayed for the exhibition season unless the buyers are visitors to Wellington and specifically request early collection of the work. All exhibited works will be eligible for the People’s Choice award.   

Cushion Concerts are a ticketed event with bookings open nearer the event.  

 

Important dates to follow:

  • 26 November 2025 - Last day for entry. If dropping off after 2 pm, please leave your work in the library,
  • 24-26 November 2025 - Delivery of work with swing tags attached
  • 29 November 2025 - Exhibition installation
  • 30 November - 12 December 2025 - Exhibition dates
  • 30 November 2025 - Sunday - Exhibition opening & Cushion Concert 4-6pm
  • 12 December - Friday - Exhibition closing & Cushion Concert 4-6pm
  • 12-19 December 2025 - Pick up unsold works between 10am -2pm

All elements of the submitted works must be the artist’s own work.  All submitted works are subject to the entry fee of $10. If you’re sending work by courier, ensure payment is made prior to delivery. Insurance is your responsibility, including in transit.
