Collograph is a fun printmaking medium that uses texture to make marks.  In this class you will gain an understanding of what a collograph is and how diverse it can be. You will learn how to make your own collograph plates using found materials and carborundum. You will learn intaglio and relief methods for inking up your plate and printing using an etching press. We will also explore working in multiple layers.  This class is hands on and you are encourage to have fun with the materials, experiment and play in a supportive environment.
