The Power of Art is designed to help people explore and express their inner feelings and emotions through artwork. It has been proven that creative expression can foster healing and mental well-being. We will explore therapeutic art techniques that will enhance your creativity and peace of mind. Join us for developing and deepening mindfulness and boosting your resilience, especially during these uncertain times in the world. This supportive setting can provide an overall sense of community and reduce feelings of isolation. We also plan to have a lot of fun and create wonderful art together! Whether you're struggling with something in life, experiencing great joy, or just wanting to experience art in a new way, this class will help open your creative mind.
The Power of Art is open to all levels of art ability and you do not have to be good at art to benefit! We encourage everybody to have a beginner's mind and no technical art skills are necessary.
