Keep on Painting with Christine Gregory (Tuesday 10am to 1pm) T4.20

Christine creates an instructive and encouraging environment for those students wishing to take their work to the next level. Returning students will find equally challenging and rewarding instruction from Christine and can either work on their own projects or follow the class direction with weekly classes on Tuesday morning or evening.

This term Christine will concentrate on the subjects of Landscape and Figures in Landscape/Interiors based upon students' own drawings, photographs, memory and the imagination. The techniques of overseas artists including Turner, Cezanne, Matisse and New Zealand artists such as Toss Woollaston, Colin McCahon and John Drawbridge will be looked at for keys to colour layering, composition and paint handling.

This class has returned to an 8 week cause.
