We believe in art for art's sake and allow students to find freedom in creative exploration. We have both exhibition and studio space for rent. We are located within central Te Aro, Te Whanganui-a-Tara, Wellington.

Course Details

Do you want to learn to paint deep reflections and sparkling water? Come and explore different techniques to capture the many moods on the surface of the water.

This is a two day workshop to practice the core techniques of watercolour and use them in a series of landscapes to create beautiful water effects.

This course is suitable for students looking to further develop their watercolour skills.

Please bring your own watercolour paints, palette, brushes and 300gsm watercolour paper.

One hour lunch - bring your own or explore the neighbouring Te Aro cafes.

Please note:
From the 9th of May, Inverlochy Art School will become a non-vaccine mandated business. Students are no longer required to present a valid My Vaccine Pass at the beginning of each term. Face masks are strongly encouraged.
