Presentation is central to art - the white walls of a gallery allow the viewer to focus on the work. In the home, lack of an appropriate plinth or hanging system can mean that your sculpture languishes on a bookshelf or clutters up a coffee table. This weekend workshop is designed to remedy that. We will be amking plinths and designing systems for displaying sculpture in the domestic environment that will enhance the work and allow you, the artist, to relax and enjoy your creation. Students should bring their sculpture to the class to facilitate the process. Tools and most materials are provided. Please wear shoes that cover your feet - this is for your sfaety in the workshop.
